We appreciate the needs of the association and work tirelessly with each organiser and committee to ensure the smooth running of your event, which will be treated on an entirely bespoke basis. We know your members are at the heart of everything you do and we work extremely hard to ensure the complete satisfaction of every guest.
At SF Events we are mindful that, as custodians of member funds, associations need to be very budget conscious. We believe in being totally transparent with costs, so unlike a lot of other reunion organisers, we're happy to share a fully itemised budget with you, showing exactly where every penny will be spent.
In our experience the best events grow from the relationship between SF Events and the association organiser and committee. From the very first point of contact we work closely with you to understand the specific needs of your association, which then forms the basis of all the logistical planning and support we give to you right through until the final debrief. As a valued client you would be allocated an Event Manager to ensure all details for your event are considered. That same Event Manager will be onsite to keep things running smoothly whilst you and the committee maintain complete ownership of your special event.

A Gala Dinner is often the highlight of a reunion and we’re here to make the evening extra special. We help with many aspects of clients events, including but not limited to; menu cards, table plans, name place cards, table centres, room decorations, table favours, entertainment, raffle, photographer.

Service Guarantee:
All moneys paid to us by your members is held in a separate account until the completion of your event.
All data is held on a secure server and is used only for the purposes of the association and event needs in the current year. If we assist the association the following year, we ask for a new set of data. This ensures that only up-to-date members receive information and ensures protection of members’ details.
